在晋外籍人士：

Dear foreign nationals,

近期，国内多地发生聚集性疫情，存在较高的社区传播和外溢风险。在运城稷山、大同云冈之后，晋中太谷、忻州忻府区、太原尖草坪区相继出现散发病例，我省外防输入的压力依然很大，常态化防控任务仍然十分繁重。为防止疫情蔓延，保障大家身体健康与生命安全，我们倡议：

Recently, there have been clusters of COVID-19 cases in China, with high risk of community transmission and outdiffusion. Sporadic cases appeared in Taigu District (Jinzhong City), Xinfu District (Xinzhou City) and Jiancaoping District (Taiyuan City) following Jishan County (Yuncheng City) and Yungang District (Datong City). Shanxi Province is still facing the great pressure of COVID-19 prevention against inbound cases, and bearing the heavy task of regularized prevention and control. In order to prevent further spread and ensure the health and life safety of the public, we would like to recommend the following:

请主动登记隔离。凡近1个月从中高风险地区来晋以及途经中高风险地区来晋的所有人员，请主动到所在社区（村委会）登记，并报告当地外事部门，做好个人防护，主动居家隔离14天，期间不与外人接触。

Please report and do self-quarantine. All foreigners arriving in Shanxi Province from or passing through medium and high-risk areas in the past month shall take an initiative to register at local community and report to local foreign affairs department. Please take proper protection, quarantine at home for 14 days, and do not meet outsiders during this period.

请主动就诊确认。若您或家人出现乏力、发热、干咳等症状时，请即刻戴好口罩到就近定点医院发热门诊就诊。

Please seek medical assistance. If you or your family members have symptoms such as fatigue, fever and cough, please wear a mask and go to fever clinics of designated hospitals immediately.

请主动做好预防。不举办、不参与公众聚集性活动。正确佩戴口罩，科学预防病毒传播。家中不留客、室内勤通风，家居用品每天清洁消毒。

Please take proper precaution. Don’t hold or attend any gathering or public activities. Wear a mask to prevent the viral transmission. Keep indoor ventilation and daily disinfection.

请主动配合防控。相信卫生健康部门权威信息，不恐慌、不造谣、不信谣、不传谣。理性文明对待发热患者，主动向卫生健康部门和社区（村委会）反映疑似病源，配合做好隔离观察和追踪排查。

Please cooperate with prevention and control measures. Have firm belief in the authoritative information of health departments. No panic, no rumors. Please take the initiative to report the suspected cases to health departments and communities and cooperate with quarantine observation and follow-up investigation.

我们坚信，只要万众一心、众志成城、风雨同舟、勠力同心，就一定能够共同打赢这场疫情防控阻击战！
